The Europaturm ("Tower of Europe") is a 337.5 metre (1,107.3 ft) high telecommunications tower in Frankfurt, Germany. Designed by architect Erwin Heinle, the tower's construction began in 1974. At its completion five years later, it became the tallest free-standing structure in the Federal Republic of Germany. With its height of 331 metres (1,086 ft) Europaturm became Germany's second tallest structure, after the Fernsehturm Berlin (368 metres/1,207 feet).

1. Commerzbank Tower is a 56-story, 259 m (850 ft) skyscraper in the Innenstadt district. An antenna spire with a signal light on top gives the tower a total height of 300.1 m (985 ft). It is the tallest building in Frankfurt and the tallest building in Germany. It had been the tallest building in Europe from its completion in 1997 until 2003 when it was surpassed by the Triumph-Palace in Moscow. The tower is only two metres taller than the Messeturm.

2. The MesseTurm (English: Trade Fair Tower) is a 63-storey, 257 m (843 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany. It is the second tallest building in Frankfurt, the second tallest building in Germany and the third tallest building in the European Union. It was the tallest building in Europe from its completion in 1991 until 1997 when it was surpassed by the Commerzbank Tower, which is also located in Frankfurt.

3. Westendstraße 1 is a 53-storey, 208 m (682 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district. The structure was completed in 1993 and together with the nearby City-Haus, forms the headquarters of DZ Bank. In 1995 it won the "Best Building of the Year" award by the American Chamber of Architects in the multifunctional skyscraper category. The facade consists of fine, golden granite, giving it a white and bright appearance from afar. The building was designed by architect William Pedersen.

4. Main Tower is a 56-storey, 200 m (656 ft) skyscraper in the Innenstadt district. It is named after the nearby Main river. The building is 240 m (787 ft) when its antenna spire is included. The tower has five underground floors and two public viewing platforms. It is the only skyscraper in Frankfurt with a public viewing observatory.

4. Tower 185 is a 55-storey, 200 m (660 ft) skyscraper in the Gallus district. It is the 4th tallest building in Frankfurt and the 4th tallest in Germany, tied with Main Tower. The anchor tenant of the tower is the German branch office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, which has leased 60,000 m2 (650,000 sq ft).

6. Trianon is a 45-storey, 186 m (610 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district completed in 1993. It serves as the company headquarters for DekaBank, other tenants are Linklaters and Franklin Templeton. Atop the building is an upside-down pyramid suspended from the three corners.

7. The European Central Bank (ECB) is seated at the East end of Frankfurt. The premises include the former Wholesale Market Hall (Großmarkthalle), a new 185/165 m twin-skyscraper and a new low-rise building to connect the two. Located east of the city centre it houses the new headquarters for the European Central Bank (ECB). It was completed in 2014 and was officially opened on 18 March 2015.

8. OpernTurm (English: Opera Tower) is a 43-storey 170 m (560 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district. The property is situated opposite Alte Oper on the corner of Bockenheimer Landstraße and Bockenheimer Anlage. The building was designed by Christoph Mäckler. The project developer was Tishman Speyer, a US firm that previously built the Sony Center in Berlin and the Messeturm in Frankfurt.

8. TaunusTurm (originally Kaiserkarree) is the project name for a complex of two buildings, a 170 m (560 ft) skyscraper and a 63 m (207 ft) high-rise residential building. The site is located in Frankfurt's financial district, the Bankenviertel, at the corner of Neue Mainzer Straße and Taunustor. The site borders a park named Taunusanlage, which gave the tower its name (the Taunus is a low mountain range north of Frankfurt).

10. Westend Gate, formerly known as Plaza Büro Center, is a 47-storey, 159 m (522 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district. It was the tallest building in Germany from 1976 until 1978 when it was surpassed by the Silberturm.
